Condominiums in Bangkok, Thailand

A condominium is accommodation that is owned by an individual who has then chosen to rent it out. This is usually due to their having purchased the property as an investment or because they have moved out of Bangkok due to business requirements.

There are pros and cons to taking a condominium over an apartment. A condominium owner usually rents the apartment and charges no increase in the electricity rates.

Electricity standard rates is 3.50 ( three Baht and fifty Satang ) but apartments can sometimes as much as double that as an extra means to making more money.

However, Condominiums are more difficult to come by because we have to find the owners rather than finding the apartment building, but this again, is where we come in and make the whole process of finding a condominium in Bangkok that much easier.

Most importantly, apartments offer excellent security by way of 24 hr security guards at the entrances. It is possible for you to leave your apartment in the knowledge your possessions will be safe. This would not always be possible if renting a house for example.

Condominiums usually have all the facilities that an apartment has including security guards and so on. It is usual for the condominium owner to have appointed an agent who handles all issues relating to the apartment, so rather than contacting the apartment owners or the staff on reception, you'd have to call the agent.

Should you require an apartment, condominium or house that is close to a school or your place of employment, we can advise you on the best place to be.

Depending on your budget, and requirements, we will make sure that you move into the right place for you. We will show you various places until you feel satisified that you will be happy and comfortable with your final choice.
